A tour of the car’s exterior reveals the 2019 RC’s revised demeanor which is clearly inspired by our LC super luxury coupe. The sharpened character lines and front fascia endow the Lexus RC with an even more focused and defined personality.

The Lexus RC’s interior quarters could be best described as an office designed specifically for the driver. The dynamic driver-focused cockpit serves the person at the helm by providing not only an excellent driving position but immediate access to all the tools involved in the driving experience.

When the road straightens, the RC caters to its occupants with standard satellite radio, Lexus Display Audio, Apple CarPlay, Enform Safety Connect and a 10-speaker audio system. Available as options on the RC 300 AWD and standard on the top-line RC 350 AWD are a 17-speaker Mark Levinson premium audio system, and an impressive 10.3-inch display screen.

Both the Lexus RC 300 and RC 350 feature our powerful 3.5-litre V6. The 300 AWD provides the driver with 260-horsepower. The RC 350 AWD delivers no-less than a heart-pounding 311-horsepower and 280 lb.-ft. of torque. Both feature our sophisticated and intelligent all-wheel drive system capable of transferring power between axles for superior traction at all times. All versions are mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with a sequential shift mode and steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.

Further enhancing the Lexus RC 300’s outward appearance and overall performance is the F Sport Series 2 package. It not only includes the signature triple LED headlamps and cooled seats but contains sport-tuned steering and our adaptive variable suspension.

Standard with the Lexus RC 350 AWD, the adaptive variable dampers are key in the RC’s on-road behavior. Already poised and comfortable, this sophisticated and highly advanced damping system can be controlled via the Drive Mode Select controller in order to tailor you RC’s behavior to your desires.
