This limited production model boasts unique exterior and interior styling elements, including a Black Line lip spoiler, black exterior mirrors with F SPORT puddle lamps, and exclusive interior trims.
Martin Gilbert, Director of Lexus Canada, stated, "The limited production Black Line Special Edition adds a touch of daring to the refined styling of our popular ES sedan, already well-loved by our Guests for its provocative elegance, refinement, and technology."
Advanced Technology and Safety Features
All 2025 ES models come standard with the Lexus Interface system, which is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system features a natural language virtual assistant for voice-controlled navigation, media, and vehicle functions. Select grades offer a larger 12.3" touchscreen and an optional 17-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound Audio System.
Safety is a top priority, with all models equipped with Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, a comprehensive suite of active safety technologies. Additionally, the ES 350 and ES 300h F SPORT 2 grades now include the Lexus Panoramic View Monitor as standard equipment.
Diverse Powertrain Options
The 2025 ES lineup showcases three distinct powertrain options, catering to a variety of driving preferences and needs. The ES 300h leads the charge with its self-charging hybrid electric powertrain. This innovative system combines a 2.5L Atkinson cycle engine with electric motors, delivering a total of 215 horsepower. As a front-wheel-drive model, the ES 300h impresses with its remarkable fuel efficiency, boasting ratings of 5.5L/100km for city driving and 5.2L/100km on the highway.
For those seeking pure gasoline power, the ES 350 steps up with a robust 3.5L V6 engine. This powerhouse generates a commanding 302 horsepower and is expertly paired with an eight-speed direct shift transmission, ensuring smooth and responsive performance across various driving conditions.
Rounding out the lineup is the ES 250 AWD, which offers a perfect balance of efficiency and all-weather capability. At its heart lies a 2.5L four-cylinder engine producing 203 horsepower. This model stands out with its Lexus Dynamic Torque All-Wheel-Drive system, providing enhanced traction and stability for drivers who frequently encounter challenging road conditions or simply prefer the added confidence of all-wheel drive.
