The 2023 Lexus UX is Safer and More Technological

Lexus has updated the 2023 UX for 2023 by giving it the new Lexus Interface infotainment system and the Lexus Safety System + 2.5, in addition to two new trim packages and a number of new paint colours.

The Lexus Interface

The 2023 Lexus UX is equipped with the brand’s latest infotainment system, which was introduced in the 2022 NX. This system, called Lexus Interface, is at the cutting edge of technology with its large number of advanced features, such as the Intelligent Assistant. This last feature can be controlled entirely by voice, simply by saying “Hey Lexus” followed by a natural prompt that doesn’t need to follow a specific structure, as is often the case with voice command systems. Other features include Remote Connect and the wireless versions of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

More safety features

The 2023 Lexus UX comes standard with the Lexus Safety System +2.5 which is a suite of active safety features that help prevent and avoid collisions. Some of the technologies included as standard are the dynamic cruise control with all-speed range, which is capable of maintaining a safe distance from the vehicle in front even when the speed varies and when the traffic comes to a complete stop. In addition, the forward collision warning system uses the same radar and a camera to detect cars, pedestrians, or cyclists and automatically apply the brakes to prevent an accident.

Many new ways to personalize the UX

The 2023 Lexus UX is available with two new trim packages and new paint and upholstery colours, which makes it easier to find the perfect UX for every buyer. The Elegance Special Edition takes the regular UX 250h and adds exclusive 18-inch wheels and a distinctive interior in Acorn and Mauve with Grey stitching. Also new is the F SPORT Design model, which makes the standard model more aggressive in appearance with a black mesh grille and distinctive front and rear bumpers, as well as 18-inch alloy wheels and LED fog lamps.
